Into The Maelstrom
Progressive rockers Bigelf have released the artwork for their impending new album.
And the art contained in this post is the cover to Into The Maelstrom, which will be out on April 1 in North America through InsideOut Music.
The album marks the recording debut of drummer Mike Portnoy, whose Progressive Nation At Sea cruise Bigelf will perform on between February 18 and February 22, 2014.
Says Bigelf frontman Damon Fox:
“I think Into The Maelstrom is the best Bigelf record yet and I believe it is a real game changer for the band. It’s gonna put us over the top! Psychedelic cinematic landscapes and melodic prog-doom set the stage for the new album. I cannot wait for fans (old and new) to experience all of its apocalyptic color.”
It better be the best. Don’t you always strive to release something far superior than the last thing you offered up to the world?
